User Reference Guide

Compass (https://community.sailpoint.com) is SailPoint’s online community for all our users: customers, partners, and employees. It holds all the information you need to be successful with your solution and allows everyone in the SailPoint community to share ideas, see what’s coming, and learn from each other.

What you want	Where to find it in Compass
Software downloads	Products > IdentityIQ Downloads or Products > File Access Manager > Downloads
Documentation	Products > [product name]
Ask a question to the community	Discuss > Forums > [product name]
Create a support service ticket	Services > Support or Service Requests
Find something	Search box at the top of every page, most with dropdown to select scope of search
Share something that worked well for me	Discuss > Community Wiki > [product name]
Subscribe to, or bookmark, content	On any content page click the 3-dot icon and select Subscribe or Bookmark
See subscriptions or bookmarks	Click your icon avatar in the upper right corner, then My Subscriptions. On the settings page you can also see My Bookmarks.
Change my profile or preferences	Click your icon avatar in the upper right corner, then select My Profile or My Settings
Find out about plugins	Partners > Plugins
Find out about developer partners	Partners > Identity+ Alliance
Take training	Training > Identity University
